Sooooo busy and feel like crap. Sinuses are making me cranky and crazy.

I finished the pumpkin hat for Jared last Friday morning at work, about 2 hours before meeting Birgit for her birthday lunch. Mike was off at Digital Life in NYC so I had plenty of time to knit the green stem (which you can't see in this photo taken with Birgit's phone because I forgot my camera). Anyway, the kid seemed to like it. He is such an easygoing baby.

I got an A on my manuscript paper analyzing the Torbach Prayerbook (sadly overshadowed by the Book of Armagh) and the Utrecht Psalter. Took the unit test online last night. 24 questions to be answered in order (can't go back!) in 55 minutes. It took me 54 minutes and 40 seconds, and I think I did ok.

Current reading: having a hard time concentrating on large blocks of text so I'm rereading the first few TPBs of Astro City. Appreciating it more this time around.

A hit-and-run vertigo day yesterday. Got up feeling fine, but by the time I got to the office had a blinding sinus headache. Within about half an hour the tinnitus got loud and weird--like someone had shoved a cicada in my ear. I went home and took sudafed, finished my paper, and waited it out. The tiltiness only lasted a couple of hours and by bedtime I was fine, if a little dehydrated and tired.

I'm guessing it's entirely sinus related (maybe a little stress), since I've been keeping the sodium pretty low since my last attack in mid-August, and it's not that TOTM. Odd.
